Hotel Marina Resort & Beach Club, Santa Cruz Huatulco

I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, which made my stay somewhat pleasant. However, the rooms were outdated, not matching the website photos, and the beach access was disappointing. The breakfast selection was monotonous throughout the week, and I felt the overall value was lacking considering the room conditions.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and found some positives and negatives during my visit. On the upside, the access to the beach club was lovely, and the pool area, although cloudy at times, was nice to relax around. However, I was really disappointed with the fact that there was no elevator, making it a challenge to reach my room on the top floor. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't work at the start of my stay, which was unbearable.

This hotel has a lot going for it, like the lovely beach club and beautiful pool area. The staff were genuinely amazing, making our visit unforgettable. While the rooms were clean and basic, be mindful of unexpected charges and breakfast confusion. Overall, it's a mixed but memorable experience.
